A few years ago, I had an amazing opportunity to attend a Women’s History Month event in downtown Atlanta that changed my life!
Picture being in a small venue filled with Women from all walks of life with the common purpose of learning how to thrive in business, when suddenly someone asks, “With all the wonderful things that Women can do, there still feels like there is a force holding us back! What is it? What is it?!!”
As you can imagine, this question sparked an interesting debate that harshly highlighted that despite Women’s successes in small business ownership, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, lack of self-care, abuse, inequality, sexism, classism and racism are dividing factors at play that may prevent Women from acquiring large enterprise ownership.
In the midst of this discussion, pressed in a small corner, my purpose, to help Women to take the lid off of their capacity, was born. Over time and through intense lessons, I discovered that while forces of esteem and systematic oppressions has been problematic to Women’s progress, the stakes are much higher! As Women, we must settle accounts with our own personal value, equality and authority. And I have learned that we can only reconcile our books through the effective power of Love.
That’s right! In its simplicity and majesty, Love empowers Women to lead! Love empowers Women to create! Love empowers Women to generate wealth in the fullness of our equality and in our purpose! For this cause, Teresa K. Page, LLC was established.
I leverage my MBA and graduate certificate in life coaching to design and deliver impactful content, programs, and services that inspire, motivate, and equip Women to realize their unfulfilled goals; become the leader they always were and prepare a legacy that will sustain our children for the next 1,000 generations.
Through my company, I employ Love as the ultimate success factor and the gamechanger to help Women renew their leadership mindset with fresh fire and purpose!
